By using the myieltsguide.com web site (“Service”), all services of My IELTS Guide (“My IELTS Guide”), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

My IELTS Guide reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account. While My IELTS Guide prohibits such conduct and Content on the Service, you understand and agree that My IELTS Guide cannot be responsible for the Content posted on the Service and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

Copyright and Content Ownership

• No part of this site may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any other means, electronic or mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise without the prior written permission of My IELTS Guide.
• My IELTS Guide claims no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours.
• My IELTS Guide has the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available via the Service.

The material in this site does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement with respect to any company or product. My IELTS Guide makes no representations and specifically disclaims all warranties, express, implied or statutory, regarding the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of any material contained in this site. You should seek the advice of a professional regarding your particular situation.

The information provided about the IELTS examination on this site is effective and correct as far as My IELTS Guide is aware at the time of website launch (21 November 2019). In event of the test pattern or marking criteria changed in any way or form, My IELTS Guide will do its best to update the website within a reasonable time to accurately reflect these changes. My IELTS Guide will also do its best to advertise on the site, and make all members/candidates aware as soon as is possible if any of the information becomes out of date. 

Visitors to My IELTS Guide expressly agree that use of the site is entirely at the visitor’s own risk. My IELTS Guide does not warrant as to the results or information that may be obtained from use of the site or to the accuracy, reliability or content of any of the information provided. It is the visitor’s responsibility to evaluate the accuracy and completeness of all information, opinions and other material contained on the site or any site with which it is linked.

Usage Terms

1. You must be 13 years or older to use this Service.
2. You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
3. You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup or payment process.
4. You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your Reference ID.
   You must not post someone else’s work as your own. 
5. Every writing posted on Submissions Form must be from questions from Cambridge IELTS books, which are a property of Cambridge Press with which My IELTS Guide is not affiliated or endorsed with or by. 
6. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Payment and Refunds

1. A valid credit card/debit card is required for paying accounts.
2. PayPal payments are accepted through user’s respective PayPal account or as Guest Checkout.
3. The Service is billed in advance and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial use of service. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
4. At My IELTS Guide we do not offer a money-back guarantee on any of our courses. Candidate must read sample material posted under My IELTS Guide website (www.myieltsguide.com) or Facebook page (www.facebook.com/myieltsguide) before considering My IELTS Guide’s services. The full course refund only applies to IELTS candidates who have not improved ANY of their IELTS scores from a previous test after completing 1-to-1 Classes for ALL of the course components. Candidate must provide photographic evidence of the results from both tests to request this refund.
5. Any other requests for refunds must be sent to us within 48 hours of purchasing a course and will be dealt with on an individual basis. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us directly at admin@myieltsguide.com 
6. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
   Candidates are responsible to make transaction fee payments for PayPal or any other payment method used.
   My IELTS Guide is not responsible for any charges incurred by the candidate’s bank for any kind of payment made to MY IELTS Guide through a debit or credit card. 

Cancellation and Termination

1. If you wish to cancel your membership with My IELTS Guide, any pending services will be cancelled with immediate effect.
2. My IELTS Guide reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

1. My IELTS Guide reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
2. Prices of all Services, are subject to change upon 15 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the www.myieltsguide.com or the facebook page www.facebook.com/myieltsguide.

General Conditions

1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
2. The expected scores and feedback provided for your writing or speaking test are according to the IELTS marking descriptors and are an estimate of your current level by the teacher.
3.  Final results depend on your performance on the test day for which the teacher bears no responsibility in case the candidate under performs due to any circumstance within or beyond one’s control. 
4. You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service, My IELTS Guide, or any other My IELTS Guide service.
5. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the written permission by My IELTS Guide.
6. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and Accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
7. Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) will result  in immediate service termination.
8. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Content, may be transferred un-encrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
9. You must not upload, post, host, or transmit unsolicited email, short messages, or “spam” messages.
10. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
11. My IELTS Guide does not warrant that (i) the service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the Service will be corrected.
12. You expressly understand and agree that My IELTS Guide shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if My IELTS Guide has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to the service.
13. The failure of My IELTS Guide to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and My IELTS Guide and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and My IELTS Guide.
